Our Collections
We produce complete collections for Spring, Summer, Fall/ Winter & Resort but add to them on a weekly basis due to the extensive demand for in-season buying and the need to adjust inventories that is so common these days. Flexibility is key and we provide it to our customers.
Private Label Production
One of our strenghts is the private label development services we can provide. A turn-key operation, we can provide you everything you need to produce a collection with your label, from design to finished product. On PRIVATE LABEL
Due to constant inquiries about Private Label services we’ve decided to create this primer to give you an overall look on what makes doing Private Label programs with us feasible. We believe that Private Label is a very important aspect of our business. Both established department stores and upcoming private chain stores need to have at least part of their merchandising under their own labels to establish loyalty to their stores and protect against copy-cat competition.
Basic premises are styles, price, volume and timing:
- Styles: we can work with styles submitted by you or work with styles from our own collection;
- Price: price will be cognizant to volume requested and adjusted accordingly; the more units you order, the lower the price will be;
- Volume: minimum order for private label jobs is at least 200 units per style ( this quantity can be subdivided in 2 or 3 colors and 3 or 4 sizes ). When we do the minimum normally we will cut more units to be sold under our own label in order to achieve economies of scale necessary to make the price competitive, for exclusivity in a body- fabric combination, the minimum quantity is 500 units;
- Timing: lead time is about 60 days but can be reduced to 30 days if we have the fabric and pattern available at the time of ordering;
We require at least a 30% payment advance in placed orders and full payment of balance by the time of delivery.
Ordering
Our ordering system allows you maximum flexibility. You can order at the showrooms, on tradeshows, over the phone, via fax or by e-mail.
Minimum order is 1 (one) pre-pack per color. Currently, most pre-packs are 3 Smalls, 2 Mediums & 1 Large per pre-pack.
Pricing
Pricing is extremely competitive. We have a very interesting combination of contemporary-level looks & budget- level pricing. That provides our retailers better margins and profit.

Payment Terms
We accept VISA, Mastercard & AMEX. We can send you orders COD Money Order after address verification. We are factored by a CIT affiliate. For terms, you will need to fill a credit application and personal guarantee form. We only accept wholesale orders.
PO Cancellations & Returns Policy
- Purchase Order cancellations must be requested in written form (via letter, fax or e-mail);
- Other cancellations must be requested by written form {letter or e-mail}.
- No cancellations accepted after shipment;
- All sales are non-refundable. Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed. Shipping and handling fees are final;
- RA (Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise. All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging;
- There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging. All damages sent after 5 business days upon receipt will be charged a 10% fee. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned without a RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted packages, or past the 5 business days grace period;
- We will not accept any items being returned after 15 days from the date received;
- All sales items are final.
